1. Eligibility for Return

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if:

• The product is damaged or leaked
• The wrong item was delivered
• You received a defective product
• You are not satisfied with the product

2. Return Conditions

• Product must not be used beyond 20%
• Item must be returned with original packaging
• Customer must provide photos/videos as evidence

3. Refund Process

Refunds may be issued to:

• Bank Account
• UPI ID
• Original payment method (if applicable)

Refund time is 3–7 business days after approval.

4. Exchanges

We provide free exchanges in case of:

• Wrong item delivery
• Damaged product
• Leakage during shipping

5. Non-Refundable Cases

• Used more than 20%
• Return request after 7 days
• Customer refusal of COD order after dispatch
• Incorrect address provided by customer
